Treetops Resort offers a fantastic experience with its spacious accommodations and a range of activities. The staff are exceptionally helpful and welcoming, making every effort to enhance your stay. However, the wait time for reservations was quite lengthy this year, a noticeable deviation from past experiences. While the rooms are clean and comfortable, they could use some updating, especially the chalets.

I had high hopes for Treetops, especially since we've been coming here for years, but this visit left me disappointed. The golf courses were great, and I really enjoyed playing, but the accommodations were lacking severely. The cleanliness and maintenance of the chalet we ended up in were unacceptable, which overshadowed the fun we had on the course. It's a shame because it has the potential to be wonderful with some updates and improvements.

Treetops Resort is a lovely spot for a winter getaway, especially with its enjoyable ski facilities and spacious accommodations. The staff were super accommodating, making sure we were well taken care of. The rooms were roomy and had a nice setup, but they could use a bit of modernization. Overall, it's a good place for families wanting some winter fun, but just be prepared for some outdated aspects.
