Reviews and Ratings
Treetops Resort offers a fantastic experience with its spacious accommodations and a range of activities. The staff are exceptionally helpful and welcoming, making every effort to enhance your stay. However, the wait time for reservations was quite lengthy this year, a noticeable deviation from past experiences. While the rooms are clean and comfortable, they could use some updating, especially the chalets.
I had high hopes for Treetops, especially since we've been coming here for years, but this visit left me disappointed. The golf courses were great, and I really enjoyed playing, but the accommodations were lacking severely. The cleanliness and maintenance of the chalet we ended up in were unacceptable, which overshadowed the fun we had on the course. It's a shame because it has the potential to be wonderful with some updates and improvements.
My stay at Treetops Resort had its ups and downs. On one hand, the location nestled in the woods offers a nice escape, and I loved the spacious layout of the accommodations. However, the service left much to be desired, especially with the dining and accessibility issues. Overall, it's a mixed bag, but I appreciate the effort they're making to improve their facilities.
During my stay, I found the accommodations quite spacious and clean, but unfortunately, the experience was marred by some issues. I never had hot water in four days, and my room was rarely cleaned despite my requests. On the bright side, the golf courses were fantastic, with challenging layouts that were a delight to play. The staff at the golf pro shop were friendly and made the golfing experience enjoyable.
Treetops Resort is a lovely spot for a winter getaway, especially with its enjoyable ski facilities and spacious accommodations. The staff were super accommodating, making sure we were well taken care of. The rooms were roomy and had a nice setup, but they could use a bit of modernization. Dining options were decent, but there's room for improvement, especially when it comes to variety. Overall, it's a good place for families wanting some winter fun, but just be prepared for some outdated aspects.
